Asian Hockey cup

A 5 days a week event at Anchorvale Community Centre for the Asia Hockey Cup.

Throughout the 5 days, some of the days were quiet with little crowd, some with a full stand of crowd.

On the days with little crowd, the day was long and boring and manpower was more than enough. We were just sitting around to make sure everything is in place.

On crowded days, I helped out with the field of play, managing the gates and crowd after every game.

Overall,

Good points: the event was organised very well as most of the stuff were already set up and many experienced managers handled the volunteers and the event well.

The items on the schedule was on time and everything ended on time.

Bad points: Over manpower. There was not a need for us to be there. The jobs that we are tasked to do weren't of much importance.

SAFRA Tampines soccer event:

It was a hot day at Tampines SAFRA and we were out volunteering for this yearly soccer event 'Theme Up' Hosted by Ros, the matches were exciting and the dads and sons were showing off the bonds between the family. The EPM crew was tasked with overseeing the matches and coordinating the games lineup.

It was a tiring task to run around to transmit gather information. Walkie talkies would have made the job a lot easier. I had an interesting time with the referee. He was demanding and grumpy and was also missing in action most of the time which gave Brandon and I a lot of trouble (eg. wasting time looking for him while the teams are waiting for the match to start) this also lead to our games being delayed and the last court to finish all our matches.

Overall, It was a good experience for a day out under the sun managing a SAFRA event!

Kids soccer clinic (NYP)

It was a really enjoyable time with the kids at the soccer clinic. All our crew members were outgoing and had a lot of fun with the children. At the start, the registeration was done well and in an orderly manner. At the same time, the guys were already starting to warm up and kick around to interact with the kids. Lunch was settled quickly as Mardiah read out the names and the rest of us gave out the food.

Due to the hot sun, the soccer kids were brought indoors to the aerobics room to watch a Mr. Bean show. It was enjoyable to most of them however, there was a small bunch that had already watched it before and were getting a little restless. I'm glad I had the chance to talk with them and laugh around. Overall, I'm sure it was a fantastic time for the kids and it ended well with new friendships made.

Kinda lazy to blog now... since the person that I wanted to show it to is not really reading it. =/

Hope u are doing good in China. Stay healthy.... I really wished u would come back more often. or maybe wish that u would get older, retire and come home to stay.

School is now mixing into my daily life. I'm ahead of the lecturers and doing well in tests. Hoping to get a 4 GPA for this sem to pull up my grades =D Next week is holiday! Planning to go for many events in the mids of the busy choir schedule for Christmas.

Mum just cut my hair yesterday... Kinda.... REALLY short! dangit... got to wait for it to grow a little longer... for now, Id just look like a Xiao di =/

Frisbee is part of my life now... not as much as basketball yet... but close! =D I like that fact that im playing a new sport that is unique and something that I can enjoy in.

The AHM SBR was the first race i got to run 21km.

Feelings:

The run felt really good

I wasn breathless until the last 3km

No leg pains except for a little knee pain around 13km

Finished the first 10km easily with a time of 1:10:00

Finished the race with a time of 1:28:30

My legs are still aching now =O

haha it was a good experience overall =D LOVED IT!!

Haha something about being in a room together with frisbee mates and watching a video of Jasper!!!

Then falling asleep while watching the vid.... Thinking of training with nyp ultimate at some field!!!

That Sat after I left Anchorvale fields, I went to the LRT entry for the first time =D Tapped my wallet, door open and it dropped on the floor, door closed. tio cheng....

HAHA then I just found out that u can contact someone from the station through the top-up machines. the uncle helped me get in through the special door. I went in and forgot to close the door properly... HAHAHA epic... the uncle called me... "EH!! GIRL!!! GIRL!!!!" through the speakers. Adn the special event ended like this =D

YOYO!!!

Haha... in camp now. Its 5 30 in the morning and I haven slept. -,- later at 8am got POA special journals test and I just finished studying and Ben only let us slp at 2 plus. so I decided to thon the night as I may be too sleepy to do the test tmr. =P

So far quite good. I like the purpose of this camp and want to gain the best out of it. I should really think like how to set and break my own limits. and of course... play smart.

Internet connection not very good here in block E lvl 3. Brought 2 bags of stuff today. neck area super suan... 1 bag of nicely folded clothes which I am so proud of my work... and another bag for school stuff.

Hope tmr can catch some sleep!!! Gambatte for the rest of the camp!!!

It was a long anticipated match for me.

I always find playing with better teams an honour and a large amount of learning experience from them.They were out to play with our minds by switching zone to man defense and offence. and at the first half we fell for it. Their in-cuts were consistent and always at the right time. Shiok plays a possession game. Hence when they get the possession, they would usually score within 1 minute. Their throws were stable and they had a lot of chemistry with each other. No doubt that they are one of the best teams in Sg.

What I took back from the game:

To have the confidence to call fouls. (I was picked and she scored)

DWIT so that my opponent cannot get the disc.

Mark my man and help others whenever possible at the same time.

Do in-cuts early when disc is in.

create continuous flow in the game.

Learn to take good risk to have a better game.

People play best when they happy and calm.

Well I guess there is still so much for me to learn in this sport. I am only at the 10m mark in a 100m race. Still a long way to go =D

Today I was quite frustrated during training... wasnt focused and kept making the same mistake =(

At the verge of breaking into tears... I decided to do the wall right once and for all!... When we were about to start, lights out... tio cheng -,- emo...

Mood gotten better during PT. The atmosphere was quite fun and... ya. after that on the way home just outside school, I had a good talk with Faiz =D Abt frisbee and all... I guess we do have quite some things in common. =)

We have decided to dedicate a day to practice throwing together to perfect our throws. =D

Never felt so low in my life before.

Just for one fcking word ppl start gossiping behind me. It just felt like the worst sharing I've ever done. I understand that it might not be the best word to use, however it is true if you think it in a way. Its the third time we are recruiting this bunch of suckers and they get tired of listening to us. so for the 3rd time u decided to pass it to us... giving an excuse for being old and not being able to communicate with them.

When we finished in front of us say that the sharing was a good attempt and a good job done, behind us start gossiping and making large our mistakes. Hey we are humans too. we make mistakes... however, the difference is that we are brave enough to take up this time consuming and great challenge and you just have to stay behind to pin point our mistakes. No point praising us if u dont really mean it. I do not need this kind of sympathy!

I'm never going to do this again. this will be the last fail sharing. I've always been a person who does things with a purpose in mind. for this case, I have achieved no purpose hence i do not find a need to do it the next time.

In any case it is over. I'm doing my best to forget abt it, yet it keeps coming back into my mind. This has been a costly mistake and it has left a bad impression on everyone's minds. This first thing I did after stepping into the house was to vent my anger on my bro, who was suppose to be listening to my sharing and instead was talking to his friends during that time.

It has been a long and tiring day and week for me. Maybe I'm just feeling a little grumpy. hope it gets by me tmr so that i can concentrate on the scrimmage. =/

Just heard the song at his concert on teevee. It was just AWESOMENESS.

I now realize... that I am not alone... in Poly, frisbee, AKLTG and in church.

I now realize... that there are close friends beside me ready to listen to my probs and support me in my decision.

For the first time. I let out my real feelings of my lonely secondary school life. Poured it all out to my "mummy" and "Jie Jie". Although thinking back at those memories I would shed a tear, my heart felt great. It was the first time i made such close school friends =')

For those that helped me in anyway. I promise I will return back double of it =)

At the same time. I discovered a deeper side of 2 friends; "mummy Jo" and train buddy Tania.

When Tania shared her hard times with her school and relationship with me, I saw her tear on the train once she started thinking abt it. I could see that she was really troubled that time to the verge of crying only where no one can see her. I hope to be there the next time she needs a shoulder to lean on and to share the burden of her troubles.

Mummy Jo's house was the first house i slept in other than Godbro's and my house! Htht-ed with her last night and for the first time... shared my sec school life with her. =') haha... its a really interesting exp.

The first time i saw her, I thought she was quite fierce. However, when I got the chance to talk to her, I realized she was a really cheerful, playful, cheeky and fun person to be with. =D I still have a little fear of her and Fuji Jie.... maybe its cause of age and personality. =/

That night when i was in her house, i admit i was feeling shocked when she was so enthu to camwhore and quickly squeezed beside me. After a few secs, the shocked feeling of her leaning onto me changed to feeling relieved, then a friendly warm =D I felt quite dumb and clueless as I was quite noob in those 5-6 lian pai. lol It is my first time being in such close contact with a friend and of course first time camwhoring. It is also my first time wrestling on the floor(hockey pitch) with friends. haha... omg they are so strong!! I better start learning some self defense cool moves to counter them ^^.

Well, There's a first time for everything! and for this month, its many things =D

Yesterday (Sunday, 13 Jun) was the start of the summer league. My first frisbee game with another team. Our team was called young knights. (from disc knights) I love the name. lol I got a yellow tee shirt of the team too. (it was S and it is oversized for me) =(...

Yeah... i reached there a little late. our game is at 4 and we were suppose to meet at 3 15. i reached at about 3 20 and realized i have no cash with me and I am suppose to pay for the T-shirt and the registration fee. Luckily the field that we were playing on is just outside the MRT station so I ran back in to draw some money.

We did our warm up and had a last round of breifing beofre the game starts... haha Ben (coach) said that whoever layout D. today he will treat ICECREAM~ I did D a disc once in a game but no chance to layout. lol

I was out in the first line. the game was quite a easy one for us to gain exp since it was my first time. Luckily the opponent's team is not so strong and it was kind of a friendly mood. we won 13 -7

I usually play wing and mid. around the last few points. Ben put me and Fuji as handlers with him... haha he wanted to test it out. we did okay... haha it was just a short round. I want to learn the read the disc better so i can D. more and be 1 step ahead of all. also I need to learn to be more aware of the game and have more confidence in myself. until the next game, i shall improve.

Training today in school hockey field. leaving house around 3 plus. well i gotta start doing my hw now. Cheers!

PRAWN WINGS for lunch and salted chicken for tea break! Mummy spent 1 hr stuffing the peunii chicken wings with prawn fillings! It tasted nice overall. at the same time, the crunchy vege fillings could be lesser and the wing should be seasoned longer as got no chicken taste inside... haha only outside have. at around 3+, the SALTED CHICKEN was ready!!! it smelled and of course tasted AWESOME!!! haha my fav... Too late to take a picture sadly... then opened the wrapping up beofre i could get a shot of it and 5 mins later, the chicken disappeared! haha. it was an awesome lunch on Sunday.

Interesting things in my life.

Went out with SA friends last friday. Once i arrived at Stadium MRT, I was amazed at the station!!! In was a nice day with fun joy and laughter!

I felt lonely most of the time though, I was the only chinese there as Chelsia PT me... I was out with 8 malays!!! they were speaking malay most of the time. well although I dont really understand... I just laugh as they laugh to make myself and them happier =D Still a almost felt like crying when i learnt that chelsie would not be coming. even though if she came with her BF it would be much or a difference... maybe I just need someone to be with me. I dont blame mardiah though, she has to entertain suh and faiz. i felt better as she and khai kept asking me at times to include me in their conversation =D lastly was karaoke haha khai chose a eng song for me to sing. =P so ps... it was nice listening to them singing their fav malay songs. all of them are such great singers!!!

Last Sunday I was out at Tampines look for a pair of soccer boots for my loved CCA. On my way, I came accross a living statue, part of the arts festival that is coming. The Ang moh was painted silver from head to toe and he just stoned there. whenever a customer would donate some money to him, he would come out of his position and bow to the customer like saying thank you then goes back into his position again. Its kinda scary but interesting seeing him. haha =D

COME PEOPLE! JOIN US AND SUPPORT DEMOCRACY! They are also holding up a small magazine titled: Democratic people. HAHA i just stared wierdly at them =D

Just yesterday, I went out with hafis oli and nich. and left them just in time to catch the last red train to bishan/city hall... Choices have consequences! I chose to take circle line from bishan to paya lebar. just as i reached bishan and running my way to the circle line through the speakers i heard "The last train to doby gauht has departed, thank you for travelling with SMRT, good bye!" And i was like.... dammmmmmmmmit! good bye your head. So i continued taking the red line down 2 stops to Toa payoh and wanted to take a taxi from there. Arriving at toa payoh i went to the ATM to draw some money for cab... THE STUPID ATM DUN WAN GIVE ME MONEY!!!! it was 11 40pm then. haiya...... So i went in a cab and paid by nets. $12 60 was gone off my pocket. However, frisbee yesterday was fun as we had the league. I learnt more on the tactics and is able to apply it yesterday. =D

uh... so tired... so hungry... so smelly... having porridge for my dinner now. haiz. the last meal i had was vermicelli noodles at macs there. I have no appetite. Must have been too hungry for too long.

On a happier note, I'm still surviving in the team! had trail selections for frisbee today. Started with a heavy drizzle. when the weather turned for the better, we starting doing the GOTO drill. haha it was MUDDY from the bottom and WET from the top as it was still raining.

Next we went on to do mushroom drill... It is still taking some time to digest into me. i do until abit blur blur one... haha. Then was hucking drill! (my fav) I ran as fast as my legs could carry me!We then had like a screamage? (a small match) with juniors and seniors. haha there's still alot more for me to learn like all then terms and plays of the game.

LASTLY!!! Physical training =p by then only Hafis, Faiz, Andy, Nicholas and I were there. We did like incline pull ups, push ups and standing board jump. It was really tiring but fun wat the same time. HAHA the coach found out that I could do normal pull ups... somehow... lol and asked me to show to the guys just to put them down. It was a dam weird moment as I saw so many guys staring at me. O.O It been about 1 yr since i played my hearts out. Felt so good. FIONA LOVES FRISBEE!

Then it was goodbye... a lifeless 40 min train ride home. Still halfway through my porridge.... argh! keep burping... too hungry... ate too much air just now.

Brain not functioning well now... got abit headache... tmr get up at 6!!!! omg... another frisbee day comes and goes again.

Frisbee was more fun today! I just keep learning something every training. my backhand is more stable now... so gotta go back and work on the forehand. Had a bad habit of locking my elbows instead of letting it go with the swing. =D

HELLO!!!! Yesterday's Sp Ex Sc tutorial ended with a birthday surprise for Min Kyaw thu! Happy birthday to min cho tooo! haha we sang. we laughed. we camwhored. we had great chocolate cake. and we had lots and lots of fun!

After 3 hrs of badminton after school we prepared another surprise for Min! Eggs and water bombs!

First, we prepared all the stuff for his demlition.

2nd, we lured him to the stadium.

3rd, We POUND HIM WITH EGGS!

HAHA he got quite irritated with us cause he had no change of shorts and shoes and he had to go out with the smell of eggs #P yuck!

Evening~

A great meal from Sakae sushi yesterday with my DPA mates. 28 plates of food was gobbled down. Even though it was about $20 a person, we each had priceless amt of fun. It was a good meal to end a hectic 3rd week of our school. We even compared the size of our eyebags! After that we went bowling at Yishun SAFRA. It was fun =D champion bowler of the day is first timer Duy! showing his muscle power bowl every round. =P the day ended with a group photo from the SAFRA club.

What a awesome day it was! after i got home i was just doing my usual facebooking stuff for 10 mins and DOZED OFF IN FRONT OF MY COM!!! by the time i woke up, 20 mins has passed and I was really tired. so i close my com and went up to slp.

Jap Dinner out with mum =D

As u can see... dinner looked GREAT! and tasted great too. Went out dinner with my mum at WARAKU restaurant in katong. This GIGANTIC bowl came with scallop and CHEESE with cream sauce UDON. filling 1/4 the height of the bowl. It tasted GREAT! like western food! the full porcelain bowl weighed about >1kg? dunno it was SUPER HEAVY! $15 Meal. Food there was nice though!

Had a busy week catching up with tutorials... Cant seem to catch macro tutorial today... hiaz... looks like need to revise again. BADRI SLAP! haha he was super funny today!

FOOD IS IMPORTANT! Also this week, I ate my first TUTU KUEH and fell in love with it! (North canteen) I munched down 6 today after eating a full lunch! Auntie really makes good tutukueh. She said she has been making it from young! RECOMMEND TO EAT!

CCA: frisbee <3

I joined the CCA with no idea how to pass that disc and in these 2 weeks I LEARNT HOW TO THROW A FRISBEE! haha... greatly thanks to Joel Lee =D (the first person who taught me the right way to throw) and Djamal for making it so fun at the same time. and of course all the other girl seniors that helped me refined my throws.

Really liked the Hucking exercise! It really got me running so fast and freely since a long time. It felt really good =D Thanks to all the help and fun from the seniors... I really like the sport and will put in my 100% in the team!

Tmr: Will be an AWESOME DAY!!! lesson from 8am - 12pm, (gotta go slp soon) SW mass badminton from 12 - 3pm and.... DPA GATHERING from 6pm till who knows wad time.

Looking forward to collecting happy memories tmr =D

Yoz in NYP now!

Waiting for the lecturer in the tutorial room. this lecturer so dam gay... lol as in not man at all... I'm also kinda disappointed with his attitude. Although he sits with his back straight to the max, just last week he was sludging to the max!!! then with his hands up stretching like he so comfortable. He just sat in his chair and called out our names so to answer his questions. Our day started at 8 in the morning and are doing our best to listen to him yet he shows us his laziness. haiz...

I really think since he is our lecturer and teaching us effective writing skills he should at least be a role model for us like proper presentation of himself and all.

Well he would probably be on his way now... class starts in 10 mins time. lets see his performance this week.

I saw the presence of God today... When celebrating my great grandmother's 100th birthday (chinese calendar 100, Eng 99) She was present in her mother's womb on 21 Apr 1910. We were having a great dinner at our family restaurant hua yu wee ( hua you yuan) when the birthday song was played through the speakers... everyone in our family at the 4 red clothed tables stood up and started singing the birthday song to her. When others around us realised that we were celebrating her birthday. they stood up and sang along too... it was a happy moment for all though she felt quite embarrassed and said in hainan... "haha no need..." while waving her hands shooing herself away from attention. After the song, Jovan, my 6yr old cousin, ran over to her and gave her a shy kiss. =D

Even though i do not understand alot of hainan. i could tell that she felt happy being with all her children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren! It must have been a happy day for her.

Heya! (lol to Vanessa and Danica)

Its been almost 1 yr... after seeing so many ppl blogging quite often. i guess blogging is quite a good way to keep your memories. I teared a little after seeing my good friend (Jeff)'s blog and thats when i decided to update mine. will i guess i'll start with some status update:

Jan:

I went into NYP through direct poly admission(DPA) and we had a pre 8 weeks of lessons of preparatory Poly Programme (PPP) with grp AVATAR!!! It was my most memorable 8 weeks of my life. We really bonded together and thank God our group members were all accepting and willing to make friends with each other. Even though now we are all in different schools, seeing each other in NYP is a joy. Hope we get to get together again some time. =D

April:

Currently a full-time Sports and Wellness management student of NYP. Class SA

LIFE IN NYP:

The class is really fun to be with. cheerful bubbly and of course full of life. our PEM is Mr. Damien Lee and the ones in white are our seniors. Mardiah is my very good friend in class... she is always very happy and her smile just brightens my day. Thanks mardiah!!!! oh and.. wake up at 6am every from tmr onwards!!!! lol

School has so far been great. I get to finish my work early so that i can use the sports facilities in school. so far, I played frisbee, basketball, soccer, GYM, Swim, tennis and pool! haha. Going to swim again tmr. The swimming pool there is an awesome 9 lane x 50m CLEAN pool! The gym is also newly built with a vibrant red theme and facilities that are only 1 yr old!!!!!! haha the school is awesome!!!

The CCA im going to go for is the NYP ULTIMATE FRISBEE TEAM! its awesome learning how to throw the frisbee... besides chasing it like a dog.. =P I find the sport very flexible and i feel free playing the sport. I really look forward to join the competitive team. they have won the IVP for 4 years running!

OHOHOHOH!!! I FINALLY HAVE MY OWN LAPTOP!!!!! it is so fast and looks so cool with the laptop skin i've chosen. its the ACER 3280 light weight. it weighs about 1.8kg and the color is white and light blue!!! my fav... =D

K shall update till here now... going for my GREAT grandmother's birthday. 100 years old!!!!

ok... April's over... i know. Its 1st of May and its a holiday!!! whooo!! cutting hair soon.

April has been a painful yet enjoyable month.

BTW... this pic is taken on my bus ride home from gwen's house.

I went to the chinese physician (die da yi sheng) 3 times to let him massage my finger. This doctor looked so so fit! he has muscles everywhere and is quite big sized. He even stood up to pull my finger to loosen it. OUCH!

anyway, its all over now. the doctor told me that i had to do exercises to increase the mobility of it. however, it can never be as straight as the other fingers again. I was stunned upon hearing that. it took awhile for me to realise that there was not much i could do except to accept it.

Swine flu is going around to cause many ALOT of trouble. ITS IN SINGAPORE! everybody take care pls!!

Yesterday, I went out witht he Genesians to watch X-MEN origins, wolverine. it was very action packed abd cool!!! and my eyes were like glued to it while watching. you should go watch it!
It was 12 plus am already and everyone was tired so we all went home. I took a ride from prissy's car with jared, jer-oh and bryan. and Im seeing them tmr again! its my confirmation rehersal and G2 is singing for us! WHEE! the songs are really nice too. Empower me, Holy spirit, come and Make us your own!

Going to cut hair now. will post again in May about the career seminar. i will promise to post 1 entry every month! hope my daddy reads this. 6 days more... HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY DADDY! missing you.

ok enough. It was a good game. and I did my best. So did the team. Although I know I am not at my best. I did quite ok for this match with TKG. Something I could have improved on was my shooting. need to balance first before shoot. I felt sorry for those who din get to play. I know u guys must be feeling kind of sad. I really appreciate how u guys cheered and boost us up! =D All I think i can do for my love ones is to help them JIA YOU!!! jia you during training, during matches and most importantly our studies!

Lol this is the 101th post!

I have been falling sick this whole week! So is the class... the 4E2 virus is really getting out of hand...

Monday - 7 absent

Tuesday - 7 absent

Friday - 10 absent + sick ppl had to wear masks... LIKE THIS!!! The mask was cool but i really had a problem breathing in that hot mask. U breathe in whatever u breathe out... EEE YERR!

my nose started dripping really badly and it was irritating!!

I thought i was getting better when i woke up this morning. Sad to say... After i reached school, I start coughing and sneezing really badly! at the end of school I was holding a record of the no. of times i sneezed consequetively! I felt really bad when i reached home... I couldnt go for the piano lesson as well as meeting my friends! =(((. I thought i would feel better after taking a nappy... When I woke up... I discovered that my temp. was around 38 degrees. zzz It doesn feel well when anyone is sick.

As I am typing now... Im still sneezing! Ah Choo!! uhh.....

I hope that me... as well as all my other sick friends will be able to get well by monday so got no more virus and we can celebrate chinese new year happily.

I'm feeling so sick...

I actually had fever for the past few days... however its not really that serious so I din really care. then Yesterday after coming back i started to feel very hot. It must have been the 4E2 virus spreading. almost half the class was having fever during school yesterday. Take care guys...

So today... im at home! morning wake up still got fever and headache but I must take care of myself cause tmr got competition... jyjy! I don't think i will go for music lesson today... seriously HEAD ACHE. haha. hope u guys have fun in school today! EAt Vitamin C and drink lots of water!

From thur to sat, 8-10 Jan, My school BVSS organised the superteens workshop for all the 4Es. I was really happy! Although i knew how most of the programme would be like i still wanted to learn more from the master Ernest Wong, muscular Ken and cute small man Peter... HAHA
I think the most important lesson i learnt from the camp would be to "keep my agreement". And I will continue to do my best! Thanks everyone! because after i went to the Superteens school programme, MY LIFE WILL NEVER EEE.........EEEEE..........VER BE THE SAME AGAIN!

it was ok ok... just ok. we found out... physics is miss Chia, lit - banana (not that i care), PE is Jit ya... hurray? 1st day was all admin stuff and more paper suffs, surveys and CCA talk. After school, the girls had own self training... boo! I nvr bring my shoes... so i had to wear my very new school shoes. I felt that the training was awesomely well done! the team helped one another to progress and improve LOADS!! esp. Hwee min, Jess, fei ting, peiqing and Chai(not very much la) =P half way learning some new sutff, got dead lizard. so disgusting!!!! Chai very funny... still wan to go bury it... and pray to it. haha siao ppl. after training, we helped out with moving the things in the PE store to the indoor court. While doing that, we played tennis and badminton... haha so fun! On our way out of the school, we had an appreciation from mrs Tiu to treat us bubble tea!! HONEYDEW SAGO!!! It was a long day and I was really tired... went home straight away stonned on the chair.. HAHA -,-

Whee! just finished breakfast.

Yesterday was a family BBQ at my house... the house was busy from morning all the way to 12am. This time, my grandfather did the job of starting the fire... it was really good! and me and raquel (Jovan's maid) Went to do the cooking. wow... I did like 1..2..3! BBQs in 2 weeks. The food was going out much faster than the food was getting cooked. Everytime one bunch of food was ready, it was put on the plate and not after 5 SECONDS... the food was all gone... it was really hard to leave some for myself. Later on, my cousin wanted to take after my shift. I was elated! MAHJONG TIME!!! me + vera(8 yrs old), my bro + lucas(11 yrs old), er gu + liya(9 yrs old), and my da gu were playing mahjong. ooooh! oh my tian la~ very was super duper lucky lor... she won 3 games in a row... then all my gu gu have to go home already... so change players. me+vera, amos, alex-bird and elaine, my cousin. Vera's luck again... she won... 4 in a row! and her cards were super nice! all WAN! 11 345 666 888 nan x3. Super nice de! It was already near 12 am... and they had to go home. =( everyone left le... after packing up, my bro and I went to open presents!!!!! only 3 =( shirt, bottle, food and a beautiful watch! doesn't really matter wad they give... because i know its from them.
Then me, amos and mummy played mahjong together!... mummy won 3, amos won 4 and me.......... only 1. T.T See? without vera... haizz
Anyways... It was a fun day! later on got my first tuition! whoo! excited!

WHEE!! wad a busy week to start with.

Monday and Tue :

The girls had bball training... INTENSIVE TRAINING! run outside the school 6 rounds lor... around 5km le... can die. luckily cause I long D runner so after the run still can pei some of my slower friends and run 1 more round. see... i so kind right? lol lets move on with life...
then we did some shooting lan ban, free throw ext. , 3 point, fast break, and free throws in the mornings. in the afternoons, coach focuses us more on our tactics and defences so he can guide us. for the first day, all of us except debs and amirah kena caught climbing over the gate, out of the school to get lunch. kena 100 push-ups... no joke man! after that my hands all soft soft le. Now we learnt our lesson. >.<>
On Tue we got to play match. I din really get to play much... felt so sad. i was really irritated that day not being on form... sorry guys. After training, went home and got ready for Christmas EVE!!!

Wed! :

did some work then went for practice for choir at church at around 22:30. Andrea and Adrienne said that some auntie dun allow us to sit in front cause we looked like noobs... nvm. anyway, it was really great being able to sit together with G2 choir sops. yea! After mass.. "merry christmas" x 100 already... we went to take a G2 photo shot. whoo so fun! the G2s decided to go Dion's house to get some food b4 we go bryan's house slack. it was already 3am in the morning when we reached dion's. her house so big la! then got ppl playing mah jong... haha was really tempted ok? but I control... never play. at around 4:30am like that we all left for bryan's house... which is very near my house. yay^^ oh ya... that Jeremy hor... drive so fast until all my gel fly away onto andrea's face HAHA! then make her face sticky. LOL! his car was like a party itself! SO COOL mini couper!
At Bryan's house we slack, some went to sleep so me and Adrea took a pack of cards to play! TAI DI! Paul and Jared played with us. and there was pool trick shot on tv... so interesting! how can ppl sleep. tsk tsk tsk... 5:30 Jeremy... (again fast mini couper) drove the 2 small girls home! (almost missed my house cause drove to fast haha!) reached home... faster changed and went to slp 6am le... haha tian liang le!.

TODAY:
Woke up at around 11am like that. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL! the helped to prepare for TMR's BBQ! I tenderised the meat like beating the hell out of them. me, pounding and singing to the beat on any song on the radio! like: "We wish u a merry Christmas! " lol it was so fun!

Nth else le ba... so tired now... haiz HW time!

Ello!

ok I shall just post about yesterday since its already past 12am... =P

WHEE! yesterday, woke up dam early... like at 8am then went for piano lesson at Kovan. WHOO! I mean BOO! Its the last lesson already and Im going to change teacher. Today i learnt some parts of beethovan sym. no. 5! Ten ten ten ten... that song. HAHA!

I feel so bad... I couldnt go bonding with my mum because I had this basketball outing. then she had to go alone. haiz... now spending lesser and lesser time with her le.

Took the train straight from Kovan to Pasir ris to meet up my basketball mates for bowling! LOL when rushing into one of the trains i ran so fast that couldnt stop myself then after that banged onto an auntie. >.< sorry!
Took a little nap on the train... ^.^
I met Leti at the train station then we went walk walk in white Sands mall to find some christmas gifts. After that, we went to buy KFC and met the rest of the team at MAC to eat.. haha!

The bowling was quite fun! We had a really fun instructor... a Cheater! HAHA! but he is really fun and really REALLY great at engaging us to learn more. After bowling, around 5, we took a bus to man yi's house to BBQ! On the bus we played tai di LOL I kena the most push-ups again... 30... dam

Jess was really good at starting the fire and thanks to some of her knowledge, we managed to create a really powerful and hottie FIRE@! It was one of the best fires I ever cooked on... ahhhh...
It was also really nice of coach to drop by even though he had a busy schedule. while some of us were cooking, the rest of them were playing ice... childish eh? however, it was a hell of a time! HELL I tell u. We played black jack and tai di b4 going home.

Went home at 11 and here i am now!

Today was SUPER fun! Today training in our very new indoor court!
New facilities!!
The taped board, the high ring, the super white and dusty floor and the super white and dusty ball! Running 7 rounds x 2 Whee.. all new!
Today's weather was also great! I loved it! no shelter = SUN COMES OUT! shelter = NO SUN At all...

After training, the girls went out to eat ban mian. Then Man yi keep breaking Pei Qing's eggs. We also discussed about some strategies we can use to help one another. After lunch, we went to man yi house then we MADE A BLOG OF THE BVSS BASKETBALL GIRLS!!! www.bvteam-girls.blogspot.com wheee!
Jess, Man Yi, Jia Ling and Peiqing went to play mini mahjong! The mahjong set is so peunii so cute! After that, we all played tai ti... 1 card 5 push ups... then I dumb dumb go keep all the cards and kena 50 push-ups!! AAAH!! I think muscles all grew by 1 inch le la!!! Jia ling got 15 and pei qing got 5.
At around 4.30 like that We left Man Yi house cause she going training. Peiqing, Leti and me still din wanna go home so we went to Jia Ling house PLAY MAHJONG!!! (The real marble set now... PINK!) HAHA Joke of the day!!

Start of today wasnt really as what I planned. I wanted to do some HW today... who knew, when i woke up I had a BAD stomach ache. Haiz. kept me in bed for 4 hours even with the panadol. Now feeling much better le. ^.^ It must have been the 15 over eggs I ate this week... x.x After that Amos and I played neopets hehe quite fun la... its not all that childish after all. esp. playing with Amos. I just recieved the real run cert... really happy with my results! nth to blog le bah...

Although i din really break my record of 1:01:15 but I AM HAPPY WITH THE RUN! =DD

Amos started running at 7:30, around 45 mins earlier than my mum and I. So we dropped him off and went to the IBM booth. When i was there, there was this big LCD TV screen showing the live happenings of the run. I WAS OVERJOYED!!! All I could do was to plant my butt on a chair and watch! HAHA! Paradise...

It was showing the fastest runner... Luke Kibet
His eyes shown that all he had in him was the determination to win the run. I was inspired by him and wanted to do the same in my run later on.

Amos' race was starting soon and fromt he LCD TV, I saw a never ending sea of runners lined up along the road. The no. of participants increased by 10k every year! Im really happy that more and more people are getting involved in this kind of mentally challenging sport!

I learnt that this race is not about winning others... its about finishing it and winning yourself. All that each participant is looking for in this race is the achievement of crossing the finishing line with a big smile.

When i hear Kibet was reaching the finishing line... my mum and I rushed there to take a look. We all cheered for him... as well as all the top runners coming in! Standing there just made me feel honored watching top runners in the world finishing their run.

My run was starting soon so me and my mom went to the starting line to get ready. Here, I saw all the KS ppl. the Kia Sus and the Kia Sis. Some pushing just to get in front of the line. If it were me, I'd rather stay behind and have a big space just for myself to run. because all the real timing is the chip on every runners shoe.

"HONK!" goes the loud speaker and we all started running. actually... not all. I believe you can imagine how many ppl there are. just for the womens 10km run, it took me 2 mins just to cross the starting line and I was standing quite in front.

During my whole run... I just kept think of the way Kibet ran and told myself "Just keep running, just keep running, just keeping running running running" (like dory in finding NEMO)
It was not an easy run. There were people everywhere and I had to cut left and right and hold my nose just to squeeze thru other ppls armpits.
Finally, the finishing line is near... I ran as fast as my legs could carry me to the finishing line. YAY!!! Finished!

I quickly done all the stuff I needed to do at the finishing line, went to my bag, took the camera and waited for my other friends and families. =D on the way, I saw my godbro (Alex) and the rest of the gang going for the kids dash.

We all showered at Temasek club and went together for lunch!

Lunch was a Alexandra road. and IT WAS GREAT!
Amos, Alex and I ate a bowl of prawn noodles. Amos and I then decided to get another famous beef soup each! The soup was awesome I tell u! Alex decided to order another bak kut teh. so the 3 of us ate 2 servings in a meal!

We then went to Alex's house to play play and play some more... It was so fun playing rock band and other games together. Went home at 12am. ---sleep---

July 12 and 13 was the OSIM Singapore International Triathlon. Im really reallyyy happy about my results! take a look...

Right after this piece of good news, on the 15 Jul, we had Zheng Zhou (China) ppl to visit Singapore, Our school, OUR CLASS!!! XD
The recess we had with them, the cooling lessons in the AVA, the fav songs played out loud and the fun times we had every minute with them! =D Pictures of u...
Im sure that 3E2 and myself will remember always the good times we had with them especially the 4 day friendship and the BBQ on the last day. ((UPSIDEDOWN!)) It was really FUN as well as emotional. SOOOOO SAAAAD that they had to leave. =( they felt the same way too... I know that all of us will keep in close contact even though we stay far apart. =')

YO!! haha so long never blog le... the June holidays was so so packed! I had so much fun and experiences!

Had 5 Camps:
1) Sec 3 camp --> 3E2 UPSIDE DOWN!!!
2) Church camp --> Jesus is CHANGING me!
3) Stay over at uncle's wake --> #pray#fold money#
4) SK 3 camp --> spartans: ARHUL ARHUL ARHUL! WAI LAI!
5) Basketball camp --> 2(Train-reflect-eat-sleep) x4!

and had few major Events!:
1) MILO cup
2) Passion run
3) Piano concert
4) BV bazaar
5) CIP

WHEEE! had so much fun until i only had the last 2 days to do my homework lor! Now i have to make up and MY GOAL: is to hand them all up by next week!

Will blog more when I have now... now must FOCUS ON MY OUTCOME!

yay! I finally have some time to blog!

Many things happened since the last 2 months... time moves faster than we all think. Its the MYE now and in 1 years time it is going to be 'O's

Recently there was the Interschool Aquathlon that we participated in... the results are already out! www.interschoolaquathlon.com to find out about it. 6 students and 4 teachers went for this competition. I was SOOOOOO happy haha, this is the first time the school is really sending a team to participate in triathlons like these. Next one camming out would be the Runway Cycling, Passion run and OSIM Singapore Triathlon... YAaAaAaAaAY!!! the school going to sponser for the OSIM haha! I will put the dates up on my calander... (HINT: come cheering for us would be the best form of support! ^^)

Exam start already and I am still playing during breaks of the exam eg: weekends, coming home early, and break time! not really in the mood of muggin. but I know that for the next 4 days, I will have to mug hard because all the important subs are here... AaAaAHhH

Zheng zhou + Beijing immersion trip

Hello ppl! Im back from China! although reluctantly, but Im back! The trip was FUN!!!

Thanks to everyone of the BVSS group and the teachers Mr Yap, Mr Low, Miss Ong, Miss Leong, Zhang lao shi and Song lao shi, the jiang qing/da cong and shi fu in Zheng Zhou and Liu Dao and Gao shi fu in Bei Jing.

DAY 1

The first day was spent alot on the plane there. The SQ flight was great! the TV, the games and the dai di. We went for city tour at BJ. it was very traditional there, ppl caligraphed on the floor, all the old shop buildings, boats.
Dinner was at da cai lou. Dinner was not bad... they served rice in a big bowl so we can take it ourselves. EVERY MEAL was very wide spread just like a wedding dinner + COKE + SPRITE!!!. we then took the Domestic flight and went to the Ramada hotel at around 12am.
The hotel there was very nice!! got flat screen tv, nice beds, free towels, heater(essential), fluffy pillows. although bathroom door is erm... not opaque. XD
Thank you for playing cards with me, thank you for passing the remote control, thank you for keeping me company, thank you for the Alvin and the chipmunks, thank you for the nights off.

DAY 2
Morning call 6 30am
We went to Zheng Zhou Ba Zhou school. the parade swuare had 6 basketball courts... we were jumping for joy I tell u. We had math and dance class. All of us were so tired lor. sleep so late wake up so early. The math class was very interesting. It was in the auditorium. The tcher covered math in many areas (history, lang. & games), games were the most fun XD. The students were so enthu, always got ppl raise up their hand one then they structure their answer so beautifully and answer the teacher. their morning exercise was a dance and everyone participated. the dance class was more of a traditional dance and many of us were shy to raise our butt and move.
Lunch was in a vegetarian restaurant... many food was left... untouched. (it was bad)
then we went to Kaifeng City there was a very big bridge that we had to climb, temple like houses, souvenir shops, polo + horse performance (the place smelled like horse poo), Chicken fight betting (they were fierce and there was lots of starring).
Dinner was delicious =D

DAY 3
Morning call 6 15am
Went the Shao Lin Temple. the students were full time kung fu over there. moves were so syncronised. the tour guide brought us around... asking us to FOLLOW THE SUNFLOWER!! (lai! gen zhe hui hua zou!). we went to see the temples, pagodas, kung fu performance... wow that was awesome.
Then we went to deng feng and climbed the san huang zai mtn. we walked about 5km there and back. (from the floor to the foot of the mtn) haven even start clicmbing yet and we had to go back... haha how pethetic. we sang songs =D Yipee Yap Yap Yipee Yipee Yap. haha. the walk was a little tiring and really fun. thanks to Mr Yap and Mr Low telling us stories along the way. We then suddenly realise that coke kills sperms... haha that story went on the whole journey. time passed quickly and now back to the city for dinner. I cant remember what we had for dniner that night. -,-
Back to the hotel. AND MORE MARKETING!! more cup noodles, water, snacks. =D
thank you for the tour guide being so tall + sunflower that we can see, thank you for taking pictures of me, thank you for the performance, thank you for letting the short me to take photos, thank you for walking with me all the while, thank you for passing the coke, thank you for singing, thank you for going with me to the market, thank you for the dai di in the bus and hotel, thank you for playing static. =D

DAY 4
morning call 6 45am
we went to a jade shop, i bought some things there. then we went to Longmen Grottoes. there were lots of big stone sculptured buddhas and other carvings... very nice and amazing.
Then lunch... more coke!!! =o
After that, the Guanlin Temple, White horse temple... there were more buddhas there haha . Mr Yap and the tour guide were all telling us stories and the history. Mr Low then entertained us with the SUNFLOWER. =D
DINNER: was beef... haha many didnt eat much. the rest of us who liked beef snatched from it from every table. when we all saw that the last plate was still full, all chopsticks were at it... taking all the beef hahaha so fun!!!
Back to the hotel... the last round of shopping we can do. I didnt go cause I played Dai di and static in the hotel... haha ppl started complaining abt us so we changed room and played softly there. only a few ppl were making all the noise lor... not fair.

DAY 5
morning call 6 15
we packed our luggage as we were off to the school hostel. we went to school, had chinese poetry lesson then P.E.!!! We did some challenging warm up dance and then played a game where 7 of us had to walk in a syncronsied way holding 2 long poles at our sides. after that, we played BASKETBALL haha... all of us were so happy. but play awhile oni... 5 min... haha.
Lunch... MORE COKE AND SPRITE!
then we went to a dumpling company and see them make dumplings. after that was the yellow river... quite smelly and dirty haha. there was oni 1 tour guide talking to BVSS and anglican high groups and his voice was so soft!! din hear much from him... the anglicans were sticking around him like magnets.
dern dern dern dom! the student hostel:
it was much better than we had expected, the rooms, the surrounding. but the toilets were like... eww. no doors was ok... IT WAS FREAKIN SMELLY. the bathroom oni had curtians -,- non of us bathed for those 2 days. hahaha. the first meal therewas just everything i dont eat... chilli and raw vege. =( so i took the man tous and everyones beef... full liao XD
We then went to do the activities. there were dominos, science centre, and robotics. so fun!! and cool too! XD
that night... couldnt play dai di cause cannot go into boys dom and i didnt slept well... the room was so cold i woke up to shiver like 4/5 times. =o~

DAY 6
Morning exercise was skipping... we had to run into the rope and skip our group ran in and skipped the most times... 21. another group stayed there and skipped 25 times. we then went to fly kite! mine flew the highest! but then after that got no wind so it dropped =(
Then we did boat riding... we got to row boats around a lake so fun XD. third was driving cars. it was those type of carse that go on the gold course... slow slow one but then very very fun lor. then we planted trees. someone dug the hole until the water pipe burst... haha siao one. the last part was pottery. some make very nice ones and some just didnt have the talent...
At NIGHT!
there were performances from our schools as well as ba zhong... some very nice... some very... *clear throat* funny... HAHAHA!!! the last performance was like the funniest lor... not in a good way... everyone was holding their laugh then after then show, we were laughing like HELL (bush)!!! the teachers oso cannot contain their laughter. OMG LOR!!! i see until forget to take picture... dang! HAHAHAHAHA

DAY 7
Morning exercise jog, stretching and watching aeroplanes fly. after the great breakfast, we checked out and left the school hostel and said bye bye to the teachers.
First was a visit to the Henan museum. there were pottery, sculptures, carvings, jade, space, towers, artefacts and many more.
Next was a trip to our bus company - Yu tong. It was known to be the best tour bus in the whole of henan. the auditorium chair so shiok until almost everyone doze off. the busses are so luxurious even got fridge and toilet inside. we then took a flight back to BJ and checked in our hotel at around 11 30pm

DAY 8 in BJ
we first went into a jade shop. then to CHANG CHEN!!! Our goal is to get the hao han ka (a card to certify the climbing) it was at the 3rd tower then after that we got down. quite tiring u know... the steps are so steep.
Next was the Ming tomb (shi san ling) we went to the underground palace and saw all the tombs inside... where the emprors sit and so on.
Dinner was loads of dumplings haha we tot will have kao ya but then different... kao ya is tmr!!!
XI DAN BOOK STORE was the highlight... we only had an hour to tour the book store... not enough time!! i bought 10 ke nan books then i forgot to look at the games and videos. haiya!
thank you for leaving good food for everyone, thank you for lending money, thank you for helping each other to get up, thank you for moving together, thank you for getting the books, thank you for sharing, thank you for showing the directions, thank you for helping to carry heavy stuffs. =D
We slept at 4am that night... playing cards and watching tv. we actually wanted to thon the whole night but i guess we were all tired. This was a Happy day too!

DAY 9 Last day ='(
First thing was Gu Gong... all the big houses and mao zi tong there. the flowers are starting to bloom so it was very beautiful there.
Lunch was BEIJING KAO YA!!! whoohoo!! we finished 2 whole ducks and almost everything given to us. it was the best dish ever!!!
and now... time for us to go home.. awwww SQ801 ='(
I think all of us wanted to stay there longer but its the end of the trip and a new level of friendship for me and leti, cupcake and chopstick, me and Angeline, Xiu wen and jun ling, isaac and chun kiat, jia ling and ryo, Ryan and Shirley, the 6 noisy girls, basketball girls, Mr Low and Mr Yap, Miss Ong and Miss Leong and many many more...

thank you for the tv on the plane, thank you for the dai di on the plane, thank you for the massages, thank you for staying up late, thank you for letting me sleep, thank you for the fun times... thank you for EVERYTHING =)

Thanks a bunch to our VP, Mr Yap... without u, the trip wouldnt be as wonderful as ever. hope u do well in ur studies and the rest of us will miss you lots. =D

Hello!!!

Schools great... my class is having a hell of a time. we took class photos today! =D so fun! esp. the fun shot. today me and nanah were late for class cause of cheerleading matters and then couldnt find our class cause they moved =.= on our way to the next class, we bumped into 3e4 and they were having a party... Zafir's b'dae... happy birthday! we had cake... CHOCOLATE! so nice.

b4 school ended, the class was PCCG and we were talking abt "DATING"! hahaha! so (Porn) lor... the lesson. when a student said... "...Girls should not to show off too much skin!" cher said... "...Oh YEA!" (omg) then she asked... "...which part of the skin?" and asked a boy to answer. wuahahaha we were laughing like mad!

I played basketball until abt 3 (quite late hor?) maybe i just wanted to relax abit... commen test schedule is out already =0 must start studying lo...

Hiee ppls!

Its supers duper early in the morning! Wow... only 3 days of school and Im getting tired of it! Nvm... then again, what's new? My form teacher seems to be quite a good one... she just let us make our own rule eg. Must laugh everyday, respect and so on... We got to play games such as human chain, introduction, cherades, silent something..( ice breaker )

Having fun in school abt the talks. and stomach pain for the first 2 days. I like my class... its hyper! =D Must get ready for intesive study le !!! XD

Still deciding whether i can tear my books and just bring the chapter... that would lighten my bag alot as I dont have a locker. the books are so so thick! =o

Im sure I can get into the school I want. now... Im just gonna have fun! and monday will be work.. -,-

Christmas is tmr!!!! YAY!!! Christ the King is going to be born tmr!!!
I finally bought most of the things.
Found the Chipmunk CD in Popular, Ornamants in Shop and Save and a dusbin around the corner!

Im currently sick now, had a bad cough and blocked nose the last 2 days. After drink the cao yao from my grandma, today the flu is much better and im left with half of my voice. uhh
No chocs
No deep fried
No talking
for me :'(

hi all!

we first started with painting the living room... like... 3 weeks ago... then we painted my room, then my mum's, then my grandpa's, then the staircase, then the computer room and now... the toilet. lols

Going to watch Alvin & the chipmunks today with my family... oooh so excited. I fell in love with the trailer and the songs.

Yesterday's T Net match was very fun and I would say well done to all players of the 4 teams =D Our team managed to get into the semi finals and emerged 3rd position... loosing to the SCGS girls. I think that our overall performance was good. I got to shake hands with Eunice Olsen (GOH) and we got cash prize!!!

After the match, I went shopping as the rest headed for a good rest @ home. All I had to look for was :
1. The Official Motion Picture Soundtrack of Alvin & the Chipmunks (Sold out)
2. My brothers christmas present (only had pink)
3. Christmas tree ornamants (no big balls)
and later
4. A Rubish bin (in Orchard MRT)

I went around the whole Takashimaya Department store tower A and B and got lost a few times for around 2 hrs and i couldnt find 1, 2 and 3. My legs were aching and it was late. So I decided to head home. I also took some pictures along the way where there was a BIG christmas tree in taka, sheperds and the Holy Family along the walking path and baby Jesus on a big bright car driving across the road. I went to get a Walls ice cream as I got hungry and it was not long b4 i reached the MRT station.
to my horror, the [[ NO food and drinks, Fine $5000 ]] sign. I quickly finished up my ice cream and I couldnt find a dusbin!!! so....... I "Litter" together with the other "litters" lol

Haha... my adventures!

Today is the first day of school (N1) for my little cousin! Hurray!

Hey!

Today was the New Balance Real Run! I had so much FUN! and of course under the beating SUN! @ the Changi Exhibition Centre... wah... that side really hiong!

__'__'__'__'__'__'__ only got lamposts and a whole new road of TAR... really hot.

In the Real Run event, we are suppose to run 7km on the ROAD, 1km on SAND, 1km on TRAIL and 1km on RUNWAY. I find the sand pretty hard as ppl will be tired by the road already and the coast is tilted so ankle pain... haha

there were sufficient water points and the event was quite ok... the funny thing is that ... haha must wait for SR Nathan to come and flag off... I think he was a bit late... the host was kinda helpless and he had to : sing birthday songs to those who have their birthdays, tell jokes, saying that hes gonna come real soon... he also had to count down the distance... 1km, 800m, 400m... -,-

the main thing is to just keep running, this way, you wont loose confidence in yourself and wont have the feeling for resting 'a while more' =D

Finally!!! Written exams are OVER!!! YAYDENESS!!! WHEEDEDERS!!!

2 weeks of exams are really tiring... today's math paper... haiz... I was almost out of time to finish my paper. i got the last 5 mins to do 1 more question and check. In the end, I only had time to check whether all questions are done. BUT I think the math paper was quite OK. I made a big mistake and had to redo one of the questions... so WASTED TIME '_'.

for now, the only thing in my mind is to SLEEP! Zzz. #D
I just feel like whacking the bed like hell to soften it... then jump on it! muahaha! }:D

Sept: SK CAMP:
Was really fun A-coaching for the first time, A-coach oni... need to learn more and more. I guess I can be addicted to it. to: Clinton, Winston, Tristan, Ming Hao, Magdalene, Ru Shan and Denise... Wish you ppl the best!
I actually cried a little during TTP... wad a time... 4 sept 07 was be the best to be the first.
Fun!... although I did'nt coach for IAG, I went there on the last day of the camp and saw familiar coaches faces and a few participants... they were my schoolmates, HA... coincidence.

Auditions of school superstar:
Went quite well... I actually went to the 'B' category... the short revival round brought me in to the finals! Im in the top 20 now and the finals are tomorow... TMR!!! need to prepare hard!

YEPIEEE!!! AK camp finished on Wed... Life was great there... I had a lifetime exp.! Every morning... [LET GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!] and closing the night with a hug to all... the 5 days there was great including seeing faces of the 9-10 yr olds... watching them have more self esteem day by day.

Hey all!

Today was quite a tiring day at school... heavy bag and recking brains... During PW, Mr Sha told us his story on his trip to a desert... the camel goes hor... and u go... money gone... so funny... humourous! =D

This Sat! Many things happening... Of course I also have my HW to do including lit project, PW project, pack math file, Find newspaper article + HW and reflect on my results some good some not as good. =X

I'm going to have my family gathering!!! We have it many times a year... so fun catching up! Going to have BBQ![its at night] at one of our auntie's house near bedok reservoir. =D

Music Auditions

Yesterday's music auditon was great! ok... great means much better than the friday's...

Theory:
Quite well... as far as I know, only the Fz (sfortzando) I spelt wrongly... I spelt Sfortzato anyway, probably... this is correct cause dictionary says that Fz is for both. =D

Practical:
For the sonatina, I made 1 mistake and repeated that bar... wo liu le yi ba leng han. For the Freeway, I made a slip at the intersection... Finally! I finished my audition... the tester then asked me a few questions about my music background... I realised they were video recording my playing... quite nervous but I did the best I can.

It was so fun i the waiting room... there was a big variety of instruments... I practiced my piano until I was confident... the rest of the time, I was having fun with the drums =D it was soooo fun! and loud too... I did the Pom Ts Crang! and the PomPom DomDom KongKong DoomDoom Chiang! haha... wheee! so fun!

Currently doing a mindmap now... on Minerals... almost finishing my hw already... Im gonna do some fun/revision later on... have a great Sunday ahead!

Feelings - From me, for me

I played a short piano recital today at the old parliement house... at some restaurant inside there... I wasn't scared at first when I did my intro... after that, my piano teacher cut in and said something. I sort of like... went blank... then start at the wrong note. Continuously, I repeated a few times and had many slips... I was loosing myself! FEAR came over... I was lucky enough as my song was short but I felt really bad after that... I wanted to cry... breakdown...

Soon later, we went up to sing some inprom 2 songs... happy songs and I sort of... forgotten what had happened. After dinner, I went up to the piano and I played again. This time it was much better and I made 1 slip... its not perfect though but I felt a sense of relief. (sighs)

Tomorrow is my piano audition day its probably a one-to-one audition and of course theory... I will practice like siao tonight... don't care neighbours already... =D

Common test is over!!! Its over~ over~ over~over! But alot of HW during the weekends! pack maths file, do minerals mindmap, workshits... many... CHIONGING~

Im really happy that I can coach in the Sept AK camp! My coach said I passed my test... =D Im gonna be an A-coach!

Very tired these few days... slept late and woke up really early for school. Maybe I should have a early night... to replenish... so that tmr, I can take my test! Good luck to me! XD

Yea! feels great to be back at that place... revised it the AK way! I went there for coach training for the whole weekned. It seemed like me and my friend were the youngest of all... talking about the long corn and blowing, of course we know... its... typical! lols... had lots of fun! made new friends!

...got tests on thursday then I probably can go for the SK camp as an A-coach... yea! XD wonder how It'll be like. Its so funny listening to Gerald and Gary tell us about their life experiences... we were almost ROFL

Of course... wan gui wan, xue gui xue. We watched The Outsiders [Lit book] movie today in school!
Don't know whether the teacher really hate me or I really suay. This is my first time forgetting to bring my math TB. I left it at home while doing revision... the teacher didn't believed me! I bring many days she never catch ppl... I forget to bring one day, she come and catch and make the 4 of us stand outside the classroom, then behind the classroom. I niao niao ji she oso dun let me go pee [reason: cause Im punished]
Second part: We were suppose to hand up a mindmap on graphs quite long ago... Math test is tmr and she returns it today. She returned everyones' else original mindmap but mine... is a B/W photocopied one. the monitress said that the teacher took my original one for display as a model (and gave me a black and white one) nvm! study with B/W lor!

OSIM Triathlon

Yesterday was the Singapore OSIM triathlon... the place was very VERY muddy as it had rained for the past few days... eww... had my whole feet soaked in light brown liquidy.

We entered the transition area and got our things ready. Its the place where we change from swim to bike and bike to run.

OMG... look at the number of people and how organised the place is.

This is my brother and my godsister. They are "testing" the water and warming up before their race. I was still busy organising my things. my race is a little later then them.

(top) That is my godsister in the water... swimming her 100m.
(bottom) is ME! cycling out already. zooming past other ppl starting my 10km cycle.

The I had to do 200m of SWIMming, 10km of cycling and 2km of run... I was really nervous before the start but after the horn went, I just chiong all the way... struggled my way through the salty, disgusting water with weak waves and legs kicking in all directions. when I finally saw the shore nearing, I came up and ran all the way across this blue bridge thing,
into the transition area.

Changed and sped off on my BIKE. not really tiring... the biking was ok... I went about 27km/h not below 25... that was my target. =D I was shouting "KEEP LEFT!" or "KEEP RIGHT!" throughout my cycling. lol. Some guundoo don't understand the meaning and went right in front of me... I almost flew over a cone... luckily, i swerved and managed not to fall off my bike. my heart was throbbing like mad!

After the cycling, I swiftly went off my bike and hanged it on the bar, took off my helmet, wore my cap and RUN ar!! After around 150m of jogging, I broke into a stop and walked as fast as I could... haha! I then took 2 cups of cold water... I drank up one and poured the other on myself... so shiok! I ran and walked the 2km... mostly jogged. There were 2 drink stations and a "sponge station" they filled the big sponge with ice water and gave it to me. I soaked myself and threw the sponge back to them. Shortly after the "bath", there were 5 water fans waiting for me... muahahaha!!! I put my face in front of every fan as I ran by and felt the cold water droplets on my face... Now it is left with the last stretch of 200m. I ran all the way and told myself not to stop... My lungs were buring fire a few metres b4 the finishing line... I told myself not to stop and finally, "beep!" I finished the race!

Panting hard, I was awarded a FINISHERS MEDAL while I took off my Champion Chip (The thing strapped around an ankle that takes your timing by sensors on the floor). I took a bottle of cold water and stared at my shoes... it was half covered in mud and I took it off. There, I saw a red cut on my feet. I didn't wear any socks... it was a bad blister. It hurt in everyway. I went in the transition are and took out all my stuff, changed into my slippers and a comfortable change of clothings.

After that, I saw my family members and joined them. I ate like... 7 cups of pop corn... haha was so delicious. It RAINED heavily and we went to the hawker centre to eat and get shelter.
I was worried for my MUM as she was still in the RELAY RACE at that time... she only did the cycling part.

After all races was finished, we ate LUNCH together and parted for our homes. Each with a finishers medal!

Dear dear Homecons Teacher

Today is our first Home Econs lesson. the teacher keeps pickin on me... not sure why... Im meeting the teacher for the first time and when she sees my nametag, teacher had at least called my name 10 times during class... cause of something that I did. In time to come, teacher will know me... and teacher will see that I wont be "scared" of teacher no matter how teacher scolds. I know my rights and wrongs. I will make mistakes in order to learn and I will follow instructions to the best that I can.

Teacher picks on me even though there were more students doing wrong. Calls my name aloud... I am not ashamed of my name. I am happy that she knows my name as teacher knows my identity. Im not sure what is so tempting about me to be picked on.
I reckon that Im like Harry Potter... who gets picked by the dementors because he is strong. I read finish the Deathly Hallows today and found out that Harry is not even scared of Death... that is why he lives.

Well... I need to get packing for tomorrow's OSIM triathlon... Wish me good luck!

Back from school

Hey ppl!

Im just back from scho0ol and currently having my lunch... maggie mee+ egg+ meat = Scrumptious lunch... XD.

Oh my! Having Lots of things inside my head now... felt a sense of complication and just feel like doing nothing!!! ROAR!

THINGS THAT NEED MY TIME:
1. Common tests in 2 weeks time
2. Teachers giving lots of HW for revision
3. PW Fort canning project
4. 200/607 more pages of the Harry Potter book
5. OSIM triathlon in 2 days time
6. Standard Charted Marathon registeration

6. Mouth watering lunch
7. Stupid ginger spoiling the taste
8. Helping a friend as much as I can so that I wouldn't lose her.

So many things to worry... I had to PRIORITISE... Which would be the most important? The Common test?... the Triathlon?... the HW? the Potter book is very tempting... almost all my friends finished it and it is so exciting... AHH!

Worry, worry, worry...
Once, Father said "... we all worry... if not, we are not human beings. We worry abt the things around us, we worry abt the things that concern us and we worry abt ourselves..."
Maybe this is just part of life and I must live on... completing the tasks He sent me.
Maybe it is time I focused on the things I need to do and forget the distractions... time to do a monthly planner for myself...
Finish up all my hw and get my triathlon bag packing.

How I reckon... that things will turn out the way I want.
How I wish I could just leave my worries behind and pay attention to Him...

D&T work!... one of my best work piece I had ever done... I'm happy for myself! Wheee!!! =D
I woke up @ 4am just to finish it... My stomach was really pain that night before so I slept really early so... Sleep early wake up early XD. Spunky, my dog, was with me all the time so I want to give him credit too =D

Today I went to watch a piano concert... was quite interesting. A bunch of 15-16 yr olds playing PHD (doctor) grade peices... PPROS... ( Pianist Playing Really Outstanding Songs ).
One of the boys was very shuai! (handsome) I can't help staring at him... hehe... There were 3 German people very very super tall!!! Like at least 190 cm each.
There were 7 ppl performing one pair of twins, one brother sister and the 3 Germans. the teacher is Prof. Li Shin Fu.

Got lots of homework to finish up... Bye!

Many days have gone by... Im still preparing for the triathlon. I have to face with the same people again... they are very strong but this year, I trained hard... I looked at the past year's result... I have been improving but not much... This is my last year participating in the kids triathlon... the next I face is the sprint already... It is far more challenging so, I want to do my best in this event... ='( My last year doing kids event... so sad.

For school, we are doing project work and 2e3 will organise a tour to fort canning. I took the opportunity and answered the call of Jesus to take the role of the tour coodinator. I can sense that the class is not happy with it... I don't really know why... But if I want to take this role, I will not give it up... Jesus please help me to be strong... and soon enough, He will tell me the reasons he gave me this life. I have to start thanking God from now on... I thank Him for giving me such a good morning and such a cozy sleep... I thank Him for my wonderful parents and my younger brother... yea... =]

I will continue walking down the road although there are walls and rocks can a change of terrain.

hey... have not been updating...hehe. anyway, I'll start with the earliest first... BASKETBALL!!!

the match against SAC...
BV : SAC

1 quarter: 12 : 4 [won]
2 quarter: 12 : 12 [tied]
3 quarter: forgot
4 quarter: 20 : 40 something [lost] sob sob

Mostly my fault ,>.<, ... MY BALL HANDELING!!! ARGH!!! lost the ball around 5 times... sadly...

I was also not at my best form that day. After the 1st quarter, I had stomach pain so I rested for the second... after that, at the 3rd quarter, I was having difficulty breathing... the coach thought that I had no stamina that is why Im tired but it isn't! The coach was then angry and left me inside the game... he had no intention of switching me out... after about 4-5 mins, I felt a little better but it was too late... they scored more than double our points already. I feel guilty... After the match, the coach scolded us... he said he was angry and we reflected. quite a sad moment. ='(

Hey all!
For the whole of yesterday (sat) I was preparing for that music performence at Ritz Carlton (6 star)... wah~
Yes, yes, I was wearing that gown again X) pictures will be up next week (someday). I had my hair done as I wanted and had to put on some light make up XP. I hate the lipsticks... ew... cant talk properly with my lips dry all the time... I immediately cleaned it off when the performance was over. bleagh bleagh bleagh!
The performance was not bad... anyway... it was just entertainment music for the crowd b4 they have the wedding dinner.
After that, we went to the Ritz Carlton buffet and eat... yum yum... *slurp*. the most fav was the grilled chicken... the chicken was done really nicely... with cheeeese! (finger lickin good)
okok... enough about food... i know your saliva is drippin right now. hehe

Then, today morning, there was the Triathlon Family Sprint Trail. 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run. I did not participate because tmr i have my last basketball match against SAC. I cheered on for my brother and my god brother. (yayay)
Very tired... so went home and all I did was to crash on the sofa... slept all the way till 6pm... lol

BV vs. CCH

yea... the match was predicted... Chong Cheng High won... BV lost.
BV: 14, CCH: 36. I followed Pet's, idea that we will win the match... although we did not, the law of attraction was that coach was happy with the results... we exceeded coach's goal for us! =D

I scored one 3 pointer... was very happy... but again, my ball handeling was really bad and lost the ball quite alot of times. =!
In the 3rd quarter, we scored 4 points... so did CCH! this was the quarter that we did really well. coach said that the first 2 quarters, we were sleeping but during the 3rd quarter... we were FIERCE! ROAR!

Haha, the 4th quarter, coach subbed the rest of the players up. They had a really good fight! the ball was rolling all over the floor and it was really messy, the referee did not care about travelling... somehow, they snatched the ball until got 3 ppl tao pok 1 small girl... poor thing. It seemed so funny and we were all ROFL (Rolling On Floor Laughing)! the coach stood up and
laughed... he laughed until he could not stand straight. He said it was rugby =D.

It was a fun game and after that, we went to KFC to eat... yay!
In KFC, there was 1 really mental prob guy in his 40s... nvm... Don't talk about him. his whole sentence is vulgar words and was talking to some 3 invincible ppl sitting with him. =!

Today night, some friends, my brother and I are going to perform in a wedding dinner... so cool... first time doing it... Jia yous for me and all the participants!

Monday's match is against SAC... the girls basketball team will do their best... OSH!

There were 2 times i got pi nia ded (flattened vertically) by 3-4 ppl. lol... in the end, they FELL and i hopped a few times before i stood straight. (take note... I did not fall)

NEVERMIND!
The next match, against CCH... (ah forget it... winning would be a miracle) nevertheless... we will do our best... arrrr!

My first Basketball Match!

wow... im so excited!... I just had my first basketball match in my whole life yesterday! against Dunman sec... I must admit... Dunman Secondary has a really good basketball team! I don't really know how good in Singapore they are but from my point of view, against BV team, they are really good. My group consist of 5 teams... BV (my school), CCH, DHS, DMN and SAC. Most of the teams are good... ( as I heard of )

ok!... face with the truth... we lost to Dunman Sec...
Score: 12 - 76
Our 12 points are made of 6 free throws, and 6 other points.
5 free throws are done my Man Yi... our captain... 1 free throw is scored my me!
among the 6 other points... 2 points was sored my our brave Jia Ling... the other 4 points was scored by me... one lay up and one shot right in front of the 3 point line (dang it!) =X
I played in all the 4 quarters... very tiring =P... anyway, everyone had a chance to play in match!

Tmr we will be playing against Dunman High... I heard it was a lousier team than Dunman Sec =X

So many things were happening in the last 2 days... I didn't have time to blog on it... was doing some HW. Now I have time!

on Thursday...
The HA-HA group went for a gathering... only 6/8 were present... the other 2 couldn't make it. We went to the arcade and played some car games... Daytota I think. yea... then we raced each other and had lots of fun shaking other ppl's chair while they are playing... lol... XD did not spend much money... only about... $6?
After that, we bought some snacks and we entered the theatre to watch... the new movie... Surfs Up. the movie had a very good storyline. I shall not say too much and spoil your fun =X.... it is really about believing in yourself. A winner will always find a way. the whole movie was part of an interview... quite an interesting idea. =D
AFter the movie... we hunted down and up for a place to sit down and have something to eat. Teatime! XDthe only place that had a seat was long john silvers... lol... so we sat down, stole each other's food, and yea... it was really fun. =D
Then it was time to go home... reached home at around 8. All I did was watched ying yue ge dou chang. haha... the day was over! I had fun meeting my IAG2 friends again.

On Friday...
I actually planned to finish all my work... but... I didn't... anyway,
Me, Zixi, Ren Xiang and my brother met up at the Siglap South CC next to my school. Had a hard time getting Zixi to the CC... I gave him the wrong instructions and he did not know that place... -,-"... then i took "revenge" and made him run to the CC while I cycled there... haha... torture... pain... you will like it. =P
we had lots of games of batminton... Zixi was a really good player... but he has professional training... the rest of us did not... but when it cames to the doubles, we were evenly matched.
My bro sat out in the basketball match... we played with Ren Xiang's friends (my seniors) XD. me and zixi and one of his friends were in one team... we lost like hell... but was NOT trashed... =P. Around 4pm... we went our seperate ways... (exept my brother lar). we all went home.
I did my work for the rest of the time... and watched 2 shows (bleah) 2 hrs... ya... so I could not finish my work... -,-

But Thursday and Friday was really fun... fun fun fun fun fun!...
School is starting already... but I will stay fun fun fun all the way!

Today will be my last day of June holiday... tmr in the morning is the temasek club swimming competition... there were only 2 girls my age taking part and so... we could not have any events. I can only do the novelty round... nvm... I will still be there cheering for my 2 very close brothers and my god sisters... Jia You Jia You!

Friends and choices

I came to a thinking about friends...
Your family are your friends, and everyone you know are your friends.
I take my family to be my number 1 friend so I will not talk much abt them in this post.

There are 5 types of friends that each one of us will come by everyday of our lives:

5. Grow-up-with Friends AKA (Swan siblings)
4. Eternity Friends AKA (buddies)
3. Come-and-go Friends
2. Hi-and-bye Friends
1. Pretend Friends

5. Grow-up-with Friends... these are friends that were with you since you were born... although they are not related to your family, these friends grow up with you and stay with you until the end. they are the best type of friends you can rely on as they spend the 2nd most amount of time with you. (besides your family) That is why they know about you. Never throw them away... you will never know when you need them.

4. Eternity Friends also known as buddies... It takes a long time to make an eternity friend. You may have 5, 1 or even 0 of these type of friends. They are hard to find but once you find them, they will stay with you till the end. It takes PATIENCE to find a friend that is willing to walk with you along your journey till you reach the end.

3. Come-and-go Friends... a very good example are you school friends... you may have made friends with you whole level... but how many of them would still keep in touch with you 5 years later? These friends come to you at a certian point in your life and leave you when it is time. They may be your best friend at that time... your friendship will slowly weaken and soon break... only the strongest of the strongest will hang on and the only survivors will be your eternity friends.

2. Hi-and-bye Friends... are friends that you know their name but non of you care much about each other. everytime you meet, both will say just a hi/bye. not many questions are asked and soon, the names will be forgotten. Years go by and each will look different... if you were to meet that friend again,
It will just be a stranger you see on the streets... not even a single "Hi"
Only if you would take the first step and say hi, maybe, just maybe, your friendship will renew. =)

1. Pretend friends... they are just like come and go friends BUT... they would act as if they really want to be your friend. Their motive is to use you, to know more about you... and after they have enough of toying you around, they would throw you aside and move on with his/her life.
Never let that happen to you.
You may have liked this pretend friend and do everything he/she asked you to do... are you certian that they will not walk out on you one day?

They are all different types of friends but the most important thing is to CHOOSE WISELY... choices have consequences.
DO YOUR BEST to be a friend of someone.
and CHERISH the good friends you have now.

Leaving someone to walk the journey alone is your choice.
Walking side by side with someone along their journey is also a choice.
and both choices have consequences.

Best Camp Ever!

Camp was super fun!

This is my winning team - HA-HA (Hyper Active - Hyper Active)

And we won first prize! $61 (we divided among ourselves) Each of our grp member had $8 and Aaron had $4

FIRST DAY!

At the start of the camp, we were suppose to find our own teammates! I am really happy that I got such a wonderful team! there were 2 Fiona's in our grp so it was really interesting.
we were then each suppose to pay $2 at the start of the camp. the winning team will get 50% of the whole thing. The 2nd team will get 30%, the third team will get 20%.

Then, we were suppose to choose our coaches... we had to do something for them in order to have them. We chose Max as our coach. We got to put 21 water containers and stand in a complete circle around him. (He was lying flat down on the floor that time, and he is really tall!)

Next, We went to Tampines bike trail to do... PT! (physical training)
We had to do jumping jacks all together. (hands together, counting together, loudly together, all as one). Me and Zixi volunteered to take over the first leader as we find that we can do a better job. Instead of doing just 5 jumping jacks, we had to repeat it until it was perfect. (about 100 already XD) it was really tiring... but fun! We leaders also had to get punished because we were not doing a good job. PUSH-UPS... yea, it was really tiring.

Then, after dinner, we played RESCUE MISSION. Our parrot, Zixi, was really cute... the parrots had to behave like a parrot... flap their wings and shout like one. Zixi would scream in front of the trainers ear so that the trainer cannot shoot water gun at him =D (genius) We were the second team to finish the mission. Yea!
We then head hunted Aaron, a leader from another grp. now we have 8 ppl in our grp!

SECOND DAY!

The first thing we did was PT! whoo hoo... this day was more fun and games! The first game we did was the 4 legged race. 8 ppl, 4 legs. (2 hands = 1 leg)
We formed a caterpilar and thought of a plan. We came in First! (with lots of ant bites on us)
Next game was a relay, running a short course of sand mountians (around 400m), was really cool. I was the last runner in the team and I caught up with another runner... in the end... WE WON!
The last game was commander and tank. we were suppose to destroy other tanks with water bombs. The commander cannot move and the tanks are blind folded... so it was really hard. Our team managed to capture the most no. of tanks with the least no. of deaths... so... WE WON again!
So second day PT, WE WON all 3 games!

Before dinner, we played a game where the building is going to fall and we must vote 5 ppl to be saved. (out of 61 ppl)
26 ppl voted for me... I was one of the 4 survivors. I was really touched.
The thing we learnt is that we must love ourselves and must vote for ourselves to live.
We must also make ourselves known to others.
We fired Aaron back to his grp as he wanted to go back... then we swap funds with his grp as his grp was the highest. now we are the highest!

THIRD DAY (last day)

PT was in the morning... We had 2 games...
1st game: Hide and seek. We hide and the coaches are to find us. We decided to hide as a team.
We were the winning team as our whole group was not found (we were the only whole group not found). We hid the nearest to the coaches base... in the tall grass but they couldn't find us... thanks to Faisal and Zixi for their grat hiding spot. (so near yet so far...)
2nd game: Was to use water guns and shoot ppl... we had to protect our flag from others. Me and my brother joined forces and barely 30 secs after the game started, we captured another flag! We then took over 4 other groups... We had 6 grps under us! (out of 9) Super Mega group!
Me and my bro's team won the game!

Before dinner and a little after dinner, we were suppose to play a marketing game where we were suppose to sell something that we made. ours was a HAPPY HEALTHY TOILET SEAT for hospitals. we then had $100,000 to invest in other grps. (4 grps all together) some grp that invented a table fan with a eraser dust vacume cleaner was totally aiming on us. They gave us the least amount of money as so... we had the lowest... nonetheless... It was really fun! Faisal came up with totally wierd ideas that made us laugh till we drop. Max helped us alot by giving us ideas along the way.

This is the most exciting part.
After the marketing game, we played... Trust fall
we were suppose to trust our friends and then fall on them. the spotters were suppose to stop that person from falling. FEAR! but it went well. Due to my small body, I partnered with Matthew.
Then it went to a higher challenge where 7 chairs were stacked up and everyone had a chance to stand up there and... FALL
About 14 spotters will stand in the shape of 11 and catch you. After that, the spotters will bring you to a place in the room and throw you.
I was the 4th one to go up. as I was one of the smallest size in the "family" I was being thrown the highest... WHOO it was fun! my head almost reach the celing. Luckily, Max was there to hold my legs... if it wasn't for him, I would have hit the celing... LOL... It was really fun!
I pity Max... he has to smell everyone's foot. And he would say, READY READY READY! then we say... ONE TWO THREE! then throw! SHIOK!

I then found out I was rated the most valuable player in the team... I was so touched... there was a small presentation of certificates and it was time to say... goodbye...

Hey all!

There was a wedding last saturday
We had a wedding Mass, a lunch treat and a wedding dinner at a restaurant.

The groom requested to propose to her on his knees... so sweet.
The bride then was too excited and put the ring onto the wrong hand
Coincidently, they took the wrong rings too. Now, the bride's ring (small) is stuck on the groom's right hand.
The bride was then too happy again and put the correct ring on the wrong finger.
It took her 3 times to put the ring on his hand! lol
but they were nervous... in the end, they all laughed!

Hey! Im back from school camp! 4 hrs ago... =p

I got a group leader named Melise. She is a very very good coach. =x Anyway... she is one of the best coaches that let us be independant and come out with our own ideas... =D
The whole skit was directed and rehersed by the whole group and Melise did not help at all (its a good thing)... Im happy that our group was so independant!
I still don't understand why we did not win any concert awards... XD

Friday I stayed back in school with WY, Atikah, Cerelia, Finella and Esther to finish our CIP work (Grafititi) very fun!... we made the words "One Singapore". =]
But I think my finger not strong enough so got cramp while spraying.
Yesterday morn, I prepared breakfast for myself but while starting the fire, my index finger muscle suddenly sprain... so pain!! #] now i cannot stress on my index finger. -,-" cannot even type properly.

Amos sick yesterday but... bing cong kou ru, huo cong kou chu. he ate 3 chocolate cupcakes, 3/4 choclate cake and 2 chocolate ice-cream in just 2 days "superman" =x . he having fever+cough+clocked nose now. He must be suffering... the whole family is suffering too cause need to take care of him. Don't know whether he will be able to go to school tmr. >.<

hmm... today in class very sian... soup per boring. :x
The first period is assembly... they brief us something about the activities we are going to do after exam are ALL... National Education (NE). My lef got cramps after 1 hr of sitting down in the same position.

After that we went back to our exam homerooms. Ms TanYS played some spelling game with us. few of us came back later from the hall so Ms Tan just divided the few of us in to different groups. I went to CK CM's group with Wan Yu and Finella. Dionne was there too. Justin and Wan Yu were good spellers and they helped with those super difficult words. there was also a Desprit De Corps... haha that one nobody got correct.

Than later got recess and I was actually alone in the class room reading today's newspaper... haha!

There was some free time befroe the teacher came... AND AFTER THE TEACHER CAME... so guess what... I was alone for about 1.30 hr. great... lonely... im so lonely... I have nobody... all on my own! I then started to sing songs... looking around (at boys and girls):P , started to write my own song... and designed my national day T-shirt. ( I started earlier than the class) bleagh.

Miss deepa came after that and talk about all the activities and she planned for us... no nice of her... but I was not interested as I already went and Im busy on that day anyway.

actually Im suppose to go look for Miss Goh after class. But I clear forgotten it :x... really sorry Miss Goh! ><. called her when i reached home. she asked me to stay back on Monday... don't know what she is going to do to me... Im scared. :~

Actually today not so bored... Im just lonely during lesson time. x.x

Hurray!!! Mid Year Examination is... OVER!!! June hols nearing!
Tmr no need to go to school cause its marking day. planning to go watch spidy tmr

Funny that our form teacher does not even know that we finished exam... udnno what she doing sia. BV bazaar that day cannot go so long oso must write letter. the concent form din even say must reach school at 10am. Of course I would like to help the old folks but the weekends are reserved for my family folks.

Latr going to play basketball with my kor Rex. have some time with him and play like siao.
Going to be so so so fun!

June hols also got alot of work to do. Hope the teachers dun say that we have the whole June Hols to do their work. thats a selfish thinking.

Hi! blogger the post something wrong already... its messy and cannot click anything. so I updated my template. ^^

1 MORE DAY TO EXAM FINISH!!! whoo hoo! very happy... this week I never see that "veggie" teacher.

I just took a few pictures of myself. concert photoes are out already. wanna see some of them?... wait until i know how to make a video or when this blogger is organised... hahaha... not bad lar.

Many plans after exam... tell you bout them next time! today lit paper... just nice got enough time to finish and check. ^^

hahaHEY! today, when I was waiting for my bro to come back, he got detention for not bringing PE T-shirt. 30 min extend to 2 hrs... the teacher a bit siao one.

than I went home myself... while waiting for my grandma to come, I was sitting by the pavement at the entrance of the carpark. One malay/Indian motorist drove past me and then asked : "Eh girl! what happen!" I was shocked and only could shake my head. wierd much!

Than some boy basketball "friends came along and saw me... some said hi and one boy made fun of me and say that I was "praying" you know... cause I was sitting cross legged on the floor.

Wierd experience today... during the 5 mins when I was waiting for my grandma... haha!

The concert photos may not be out yet as my mum is very busy these few days to give to me... we shall all wait for it!

Piano Concert

hahaha! the performance was great! THAT MARKS THE END OF THE PIANO CONCERT!!! whoo hoo! It was not bad... I was one of the emcees (host). the photoes are with my mum... until I get it, I will then post them. ppl who read my blog will get to see me in a gown (wakkaka!) XD too cute to be seen. I danced and played on a baby grand. We were so happy in the end that we danced around to the music.

I was actually trembling when i was on stage. My mind seems not scared of the audience at all... but my body could not control. I need to gather up all the photoes so I can upload it all at once. Hai! come back so tired I fell onto the bed right after I changed.

Awaiting the photoes to be uploaded within this week. ;)

Its PW lesson now and the teacher let us go to websites that we want... as long as we finish our WS. yay! I finally finished mine.

Another full day

Hey!... BG music surrounding me... the blog music. That song is my fav song. Family members are out... Im alone in the house with my maid.

yesterday, morning was another rehersal of the piano concert. Another round of kan chiong mothers too...haha. After the rehersal, we went for lunch with my God brother and his family. On the way to Toa Payoh, I realised my shoe (box) and shoes were missing. mummy decided to go back to check... she was angry with me. ><>

After that, we went to Holy Trinity Church as my aunty was GOING to get baptised. I think it was the selection day. my mum left with my aunty and I attended the mass alone without knowing it. After the mass, I waited for mummy for 1/2 hr. I sat at the door entrance and 'somehow' became a detective and wanted to find where she was. after that, I sat in front of the room and waited. Finally she was out. We then went home for dinner at about 8pm

I finished up my homework and before I knew it, it was 11pm already. hehe so late.

that was another saturday with the Little*star*girl. Now, she has to wrap a present for a friend... bye!

Its a peaceful after noon in my house... neighbour's dogs are barking (noisy)

I've decided to give myself a new theme. Star... I had wondered why the stars at night are so bright. I want to be one of them too. Shining above all of them. I can also see the world up there too. looking at all the different activities happening.

I have also found a new way to handle with different people in my life. My godbrother (2 yrs younger) and god father gave me some advices in school. they are really useful and I hope to use it in school to help myself and all my friends.

I went for a haircut too... just to trim my hair for the concert as it is too long.

Bought a new bag at TM too... sling bag! And for the first time, I took sticker photoes with my cousin! so nice!

Another new day for me... a new beginning again. GOD has given me another start of life. I thank GOD for that.
